DMS Assistant Principal

Hello DMS!

I am Mr. Hiravi, the assistant principal at Danville Middle School. I am so excited to work with our entire school community-- students, staff, teachers, and parents-- to bring the greatest educational experience possible to the children of our school. Since 2017, I have been a part of the Danville Area School District in several other capacities as the high school band director, middle school band director, assistant musical director, and teaching music classes from grades 5-12. Prior to my work at Danville, I taught in Manassas, VA, and DuBois, PA. In my educational career, I received my B.S. Ed. from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and my M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from George Mason University.

I have lived in Danville with my wife and two daughters since 2017. We are proud to call Danville our home and I am thrilled to serve our district as a school leader. I believe that our schools are both the cornerstone of our community and the key to our future! Go Ironmen!
